A few images of Charlotte...

This first image of Charlotte I absolute love, it actually belies her very happy, giggly nature, I love the way the light models her face & the far way look in her eyes, we intend to print a large version of this image on a beautiful new art paper we have just received... it will be amazing...

Time passes so quickly, only only seems like a few months ago that we did Tilly's parents, Kirsty & Robs wedding...

We were stoked when they organised this shoot of Tilly, her personality is amazing... totally gorgeous...

We love the images...hope you do as well....

NB: this image was taken on Gregs iphone: proper images to be taken next week...

The weeks are rapidly passing by now, & Noemi's belly is growing.....

While we are excited for Noemi that the birth of their second child is close, we are also mindful that she will once again leave us in two weeks.... hopefully we'll see her back in the future, she is such an awesome talent...

While this is sad the good news is that Kara has decided to join us again on a part time basis... alot of our clients would know Kara.... she rejoins us following her two year sojourn to London... we have loved having her zany, infectious energy around the studio again... not to mention her amazing abilities....

We are so fortunate & blessed to have such talented people with us....

The craziness continues....

Cheers Greg

Greg Dries, Personal Images

Loretta & I have just returned from a fantastic few days away in Auckland, the main reason for our trip was to catch up with Michelle & Rod so they could see their wedding images, but we took the opportunity to steal an extra few days away to kick back and relax.... The cold wet weather was perfect for doing just that... We even managed a movie: Sex in the City 2, Lorettas choice !!!

A huge thankyou to Rod & Michelle for organising the trip for us, we had such a special time, they along with their children & friends showed us the most tremendous hospitality....

On the flight back I even decided I could live in Auckland....

Anyway: I thought I'd share a few personal images from the trip. While Loretta enjoyed the sleep in, I wandered the streets early in the morning, in the cold & drizzle taking a few images.... after many years of creating images I still get such a kick out of these personal shots.....

Hope you enjoy.....

Kindest Regards

Greg

ps: our eldest daughters name is Maddison, I took the scooter shot for her, this was a scene I found down some little side road, amazing what you can stumble across when you take the time to roam & discover................

We have had the pleasure of sharing several significant events with Michelle & Rod, it started with a Maternity Shoot, was followed by Family Portraits & recently their wedding... Such an honour....

With Michelle's eye for detail & meticulous manner, the day was always going to be special, although they have relocated to Auckland, the Stamford Plaza Brisbane was the perfect location for their very perfect day. It was our absolute pleasure to share the day & capture the emotion...

Special thanks to our very good friend, photographer Wayne Pratt for joining us.... his imagery from the day is stunning...
